A Holistic Beginnings® series consists of nine two hour classes which cover a specific
topic. A different relaxation technique is demonstrated and practiced weekly. Strategies are offered to help minimize
pain in labor, to learn to listen to the wisdom of your body, and how to conserve energy in labor so your body will work more
efficiently.
•In addition to the compre-
hensive
nine week class, accelerated classes are offered to those whose schedules preclude a full series.
•For the mom-to-be on bedrest or the couple who prefers individual attention,private classes are available
to you in your home.
•Refresher classes are available to those who
have previously completed a childbirth preparation class.
