Beginnings® Childbirth Services offers natural childbirth education classes, labor doula services
and postpartum doula services in Northern and Central New Jersey.
Holistic Beginnings® is a complete childbirth
education course which emphasizes birth as a natural process and teaches women and their coaches how to birth naturally.
This course is designed to teach you how to prepare your body, mind and soul for your birth.
Laura DePasquale, LCCE, CD, received her BA from New York University. She has
been a Certified Childbirth Educator since 1990, after the natural birth of her first child. Originally trained as a Bradley®
instructor, Laura is now certified through Lamaze® International. She provides both postpartum and labor
doula services and is certified through Doulas of North America®. She is American Red Cross CPR, AED &
First Aid certified.
Laura resides in Chatham, N.J. with her husband and three children. Her wish is that all women
gain the knowledge and confidence necessary to have a truly positive birth experience.
